About Frank Cardia

Based in New Jersey, financial professional Frank Cardia has operated a successful private consulting business since 2006. As the founder and owner of Blue Sky Financial, Mr. Cardia supports individuals, families, and business managers with a full line of financial products and services. Frank Cardia works with employees and owners alike to build effective teams and enhance individual performances. His basic sales instruction and mental techniques have helped ordinary salespeople earn salaries that are significantly over six figures.

Having begun by providing intercompany training, Frank Cardia has since expanded into a larger format that allows him to speak to hundreds of people in a seminar setting. His teachers and colleagues include some of the most renowned motivational speakers in the country. Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, and T. Harv Eker have all contributed to Mr. Cardia’s training programs as lecturers and educators.

In the course of 15-plus years in the financial industry, Frank Cardia has held positions as an advisor, a mortgage broker, a realtor, and an insurance provider. While a broker in the early to mid-2000s, he was responsible for more than $1 billion in funded credit. Today, he oversees Blue Sky Financial with a stated mission to assist clients in meeting their specific economic goals.

Outside of the office, Frank Cardia is a dedicated family man who enjoys travel, reading, and staying fit by swimming, biking, and running. During the Christmas season, he assists a homeless shelter in Jersey City, New Jersey, through participation in a regional food drive. He also makes regular donations to help fund breast cancer research.
